Victoria's Restaurant @ The King Edward Hotel

All of us left full. there was lots of food. The service was ok, but not exceptional. The room is lacking in ambiance. Dated. A pianist would take the afternoon to the next level. I had the vegetarian tea and the sandwiches were exceptional. My...husband would have liked more sandwiches and less sweets. All of us (including my 9 year old son) felt the sweets were WAY TOO SWEET. We would have enjoyed the food so much more if everything wasn't so sweet. Half the sugar in all recipes would make the afternoon so much more enjoyable. Even your dark chocolate had too much sugar. My son loved the hot chocolate with a side of marshmallows. That made his day.

Room is dated and frumpy. My husband was one of 3 customers, the rest women (a lot of large parties, bridal/baby showers). Loved the tea selection and pastries

Service was great. I'll be back. very friendly staff. that was delicious.

The service here was excellent. we really enjoyed our breakfast and felt that it was good. the room is beautiful and quiet, ideal for a special breakfast.

I haven't been here for over 20 years and was better than I remember. the service was exemplary and so was eating. I took a few who were out of boston and they loved it absolutely. I'm looking forward to going back.
