I recently visited this restaurant with my 4-year-old daughter. Unfortunately, while we were there, she urgently needed to use the restroom. When I asked a staff member if we could access the facilities, I was surprised to be told that they were for customers only. Despite explaining the situation and the urgency, the staff showed no empathy and disregarded my daughter's distress. This led to her crying from discomfort and embarrassment. It was disappointing to see the staff not paying any attention to her distress and not offering any assistance or comfort. I was shocked by the treatment we received and will not be returning to this restaurant. I plan to file a complaint with the head office.

I waited for 5 minutes and no one came to serve me, so I decided to leave.

Always delicious subs with fresh, top-quality ingredients. Grateful they don't skimp on the olives like other places do. Thank goodness!

I’m at this place right now and I’m having a great time. 5 stars.

It's nice in here. Probably not a 5 star place, but the other lady left 1 star and it's defiantly better than that. It's like 3-4 stars for sure.
