Ramen Station - Torino

Riprovato dopo un po di tempo , abbiamo provato la pentola di fuoco , gamberi e verdure servite sul tavolo con la fiamma , suggestivo e gustoso. Per finire un bel Ramen caldo . Ottimo servizio al tavolo.

If your all pasta and pizza’d out as we were and wondering around trying to avoid steak joints then this is a worthy option. Obviously you like Japanese/Asian food; so we started off veg spring rolls with sweet chill dipping sauce (excellent dip), gyoza (dumplings) followed by chicken skewers which were decent. This was followed with a huge bowl of pork and veg noodle soup which was brilliant. The mrs washed hers down with the house red that she said was palatable. I had a couple of asahi beers. Really good find and cost us €46 Euro all in. Centre of Turin, bargain and the place was busy with tourists and Italians.

Would give them zero stars if I could. I told them that I was allergic to nuts in English, and in Italian (as I can speak Italian) and just to be sure I also used google translate to make sure they understood. I ordered sauté chicken with vegetables so there was no indication there would be nuts but I always want to check. The lady told me multiple times that there would be no nuts. I am then eating my food and realize there are cashews inside. I then have an allergic reaction and have to run out of the restaurant to take medication and they still made me pay for my meal despite not eating any of it and having to run to take medication. One of the most unprofessional establishments I have ever been in.

Il ristorante è fantastico, con un'atmosfera accogliente, un'accoglienza molto piacevole, un ramen veramente delizioso e un servizio al tavolo molto attento. Sicuramente torneremo.
