L' Aforisma Pizzeria - Torino

Simo is in front of a gourmet place so whoever goes there should know that it is not a classic pizzeria. Prices are definitely higher than average but the quality offered is also high... excellent dough as promised on the web and pizzas with ingredients combined in an original way... in short, definitely worth trying... kind staff and excellent relaxing environment with good music kind background staff...if I can find a little flaw, in a place like this I would like to find a table set with a tablecloth and not just a paper napkin...but it's a simple detail that doesn't change the largely positive opinion the place to which compliments go for the originality of the pizzas presented.... unfortunately we were too full and we didn't taste the desserts which I also think are very original...

As always great!!! Excellent raw materials, impeccable and meticulous service, the search for combinations as simply brilliant as the dough. Generous portions. And if it's a little more expensive it doesn't matter, it's better to eat very well twice a month than mediocrely every week. Well done!!! It's a shame to only have 5 stars available

Senza ombra di dubbio la migliore pizzeria di Torino e provicia! Impasto leggero, super digeribile, ingredienti pazzeschi, ogni volta che torniamo ci sono pizze nuove dagli abbinamenti super ma per chi preferisce i classici si possono chiedere anche altri tipi di pizza non presenti nel menù. Vi avviso però la pizza pop crunch con lo zabaione salato e il guanciale croccante crea dipendenza! Ho letto una recensione negativa relativa al prezzo, la trovo insensata anche perchè è limpido all'esterno (cosa che in pochi fanno) e la qualità del cibo proposto è altissima e la bontà si paga. Il personale è supergentile e disponibile. Le bevande sono ricercate e di piccoli produttori. Io posso solo fare i complimenti e tornare ogni volta portando amici che a loro volta ne portano altri e credo questo basti a far capire quanto è buona questa pizzeria! Tra le altre cose ho provato il panettone fatto in casa ed è Buonissimo!!! Bravi!!!

Per gli amanti della pizza gourmet di sicuro vale la tappa. Ambiente elegante e ingredienti selezionati, porzioni anche troppo abbondanti.
