The Wheel Barrel is my go-to spot for lunch in Topeka. The food is always amazing, and the options make it an enjoyable ordering process. Best salad in town, too! I will always be back.

Wow!! What a wonderful food experience and I couldn’t pass up the nostalgia of my Washburn days eating a monte Cristo sandwich. But this one was the best I’ve ever had with an unbelievable amount of cheese pull. The chips were crispy and the tomato soup hot and flavorful. My daughter had the hangover and the egg was the perfect compliment to this inventive grilled cheese. Mike- the bartender amazing! So knowledgeable and thoughtful! Thanks to my bar stool neighbors received a mini well done tequila lesson. The Olga was delicious and my beer flight very tasty. Will return on future trips through Topeka, Kansas.
