Kiku Japanese Steak House - Topeka

Our chef and the food were amazing and they definitely didn’t want us to leave hungry. Our server was not stellar but our chef made up for it.

Very good place to visit. Only problem is consistency of chefs (Sometimes veggies are cooked throughly, sometimes they're still crisp; different chefs add different amounts of seasonings to rice; some chefs are very engaging, some are very boring; etc). Steak and chicken is always amazing but they only do fish well done and it's always overcooked. Sushi is not top tier but it's pretty good considering we're in Kansas. I keep going back so that says something ‍ ️

Fun atmosphere, family and group friendly. Good steak, shrimp, crab.

The food was great and it was overall an amazing experience. The chefs are very energetic and it's quite exciting.
