Waitress was not very attentive nor did she seem pleased to see our business come in.

The food was ice cold, the Pepsi was flat, couldn't eat the food! Our waiter was amazing! Very kind and apologetic. We will not be stopping at the IHOP in Topek...

I gave it this many stars because Jose is a great employee there. He definitely takes care of the customers and has a great personality that ge carries with him...
