The Grand Bar in Hotel Norville

Went out fto the Norville Hotel of Tee last night with my buddy and his family dinner always took to come and had to constantly ask where they are served to come 2 hours and was luke warm with told... they improved it for the same meal that was ordered, no microwave as hot outside, but luke warm medium meal was ok, but not the wait like the atmosphere

I visited Hotel Norville for the first time for a birthday dinner. The service was nice, could not fail. The food was AMAZING!!! Seriously would eat here every week if I lived closer. We make the trip regularly from Brisbane... just to experience the food from the biggest smoker I've ever seen. Thank you for making my birthday so unforgettable.

Upon arrival we were treated like family .staff were excellent and went out to make us comfortable. The food was from this world. A culinary delight .Large portions, well presented, Quick service and tasty

The Norville is a laid-back restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. They offer a variety of delicious meats on the menu that are cooked to perfection by their skilled smoker, which can be enjoyed in their beer garden or inside the restaurant. It is an ideal spot for family outings or hosting large parties and events. The BBQ plates come highly recommended. Despite being busy with events, we were not disappointed. Our party guests had a fantastic evening and we will definitely be returning.

Our dining experience tonight was extremely disappointing. We ordered a Cajun prawn salad and a chicken schnitzel with garlic prawn topping, both of which were unpleasant. The prawn salad consisted of a prawn head and 2 prawns with an abundance of lettuce, while the schnitzel tasted processed like those from a supermarket deli, accompanied by lumpy gravy. Despite our attempts to communicate our dissatisfaction to a staff member, we were ignored. Another staff member walked by our table, glanced at the untouched meals pushed to the center, and walked away. We will not be returning to this restaurant, as both the staff and the quality of the meals require significant improvement.
