Ming's Roast Chinese - Toowoomba

It was well worth visit. I'll be back again. The Chinese food is not your regular cheap Chinese from fast food venues. The sweet and sour pork is the best I've ever tried. The tender juicy pork, covered in a crispy batter, is coated in a delicousd sour sauce. You must try the roast duck!

What a surprise find! Four of us shared the salt and pepper squid, special fried rice, Hong Kong crispy duck and the beef noodles all meals were outstandingly good. Serving sizes were very generous and we expected to need takeaway containers (which would have been provided) but it all tasted so good we ate all of it! Definitely recommend.

I have ate at Ming’s Roast a few times already and the food is always delicious! My favourite dish is the crispy pork belly! The crackling is very crispy and the pork is not dry. The roast duck is also delicious. Definitely very authentic Chinese restaurant in Toowoomba.

Came to Toowoomba for the weekend and was recommended by my Uber driver. Definitely did not disappoint. The highlight for me was the crispy pork belly.The skin was really crispy but the meat was soft and succulent at the same time.The char sui and the roast duck was also fantasticWill definitely recommend.

We had the Special Fried Rice, Beef Noodles (exquisite) and Crispy Pork! The most authentic Chinese cuisine in Australia! The staff are very proud of the food that they prepare and rightly so! Next time we will have the duck!
