McDonalds Central - Toowoomba

This restaurant is a typical fast food establishment in the food sector. The coffee is good, and the young employees are enthusiastic. The area is kept fairly clean and free of waste. However, due to COVID restrictions, every other table is not available.

I went to the restaurant on a Wednesday at 11 a.m. with my younger brother. We were among only three people there at the time, yet all of us had to wait for over 5 minutes for our simple meals. My order was the only one that included a large serving of fries.

The restaurant was very chaotic, with customers unsure of where to wait due to a lack of clearly marked lines. The process of waiting for food was also confusing, with several people standing around waiting for their numbers to be called.

Looking for breakfast, the only person to say the good morning was the guy on the Maccas counter, so I saw the menu. Pancake was with a coffee and hash brown. The service was excellent, you couldn't get better from 5 stars. The whole staff... gave good morning the food was fast, fresh and hot. Just as it should be. Much better service and hospitality than other more expensive places. I'd go back and I'm not a Maccas fan.

Great atmosphere, fast service. I was greeted by Sam, he was a genuine friendly employee. The service was fast compared to the other ships in the food court. Overall I would visit again
