The restaurant has multiple staff members who are knowledgeable about coeliac disease and take extra precautions to prevent cross-contamination. Most of the menu can be modified to be gluten-free, and the food is truly amazing. It's a small business offering some fantastic and spicy dish options. I tried the bang bang chicken rice crepes for brunch, and they were incredible. I highly recommend this place!
The staff consistently inquire about any allergies or intolerances to ensure they take precautions against cross-contamination. They also make sure to inform customers about the presence of common allergens in the kitchen, like nuts, if needed.
As someone with celiac disease, I have never experienced any reactions when dining here. The staff are very attentive to my dietary needs. The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is fantastic. We visit regularly, and it's wonderful to have such a great option for someone with celiac!
