Today I ate here and the food was AMAZING! It's about time that Utah got a really good BBQ place! The staff was nice and friendly! Everyone greeted us and made sure the food tasted good! We tried the brisket, ribs and pulled pork. EVERYTHING was delicious! The meat was not dried out at all! Benji knows what he is doing. I'm recommending this place to everyone I know!

Simply found this new grill snack randomly and decided to go for lunch. The staff is very friendly and the owner Benji is a very open and friendly guy. Really love his story and the whole idea of his new barbecue area. Honestly, the tenderest brisket I had throughout Salt Lake City. Not to mention Macaroni and the cheese. Large southern atmosphere and affordable prices. Bring cash. Cash is king in Benji?

Thee Best BBQ Restaurant in Salzsee City! Real Georgia Style bbq from a Georgia Boy! Excellent customer service from all staff in the restaurant. Will definitely be back!!! The best part is the fact that it is open 24 hours!

Make sure you get the mustard sauce! Great place, unique layout. You basically get as much food as you want, but you pay by weight. Free lemonade and bread with all orders. I was pulled pork and rib tips with one side of Mac n cheese. Everything was really good.

Benji is amazing! Where else in Utah you will find a BBQ place that uses first class cut USDA meat, smoked outside, open 24/7, with free drinks (minus soda)? The place is new, and also in a good location that is beautiful because it is easy to reach. I went day of opening and tried the chicken and pulled pigs, then went back today to fight some rib tips. The menu changes as things are available that can be difficult when you go to something that has expired, but if you think about it, it turns out to be fresh and quality of food. As far as employees are concerned, they are very friendly and patient. If you have any questions, they will be happy to answer. Both times I was, the quality was amazing and the staff was very friendly what, for me, is a big thing. I recommend Benji's Barbeque Shack. P.S. I hear that in this case there will be a soul kitchen in the same building.
