The way food is not difficult in Norway I enjoy and eat too much, Mc Donald's was just for fun, skip cooking and the day I had no dinner invitation. 2 years ago, I've bought a combo, and won an amazing Coke glass in this restaurant (in Brazil, their gifts are low quality). The crew, as all crew in Norway, is very polite and understands english! So I can easly order food there.
Typical McDonald food, but there are no outdoor seating and were is a busy street just a few meters from the front door. If you go 100 meters to the harbour and over the pedestrian bridge you find one of the best Burger restaurants on the country. Well worth the extra cash.
I am no McDonalds fan. For the people who like this kind of food, you have nothing to worry about, it's probably the same as every other shop. There is nothing particularly bad about the staff, I buy the occasional McFlurry, But McDonalds is just not tasty... The only thing that is good is that it's relatively cheap, but then again, you get what you pay for.
Strange new concept: They serve flat meat between buns with warm cheese on it and salad! They call it a _burger_! Ever heard of such a thing? Even the potatoes are chopped up in sticks-like shapes. Fun food, but maybe not so healthy.
We visited the McDonald´s restaurant in Tonsberg 1 week ago. I have dined at many McDonald´s and this is one of the best. As usual the food was great. This time we were served by the owner himself. He was extremely helpful and gave us a lot of tips and advices about what to see and where to go in the town of Tonsberg. During our stay in Tonsberg we went to this McD 3 times and there was nothing to complain about. Thanks for the great service!
