Bidra med feedbackSo grateful to everyone at F.R.I.E.N.D. for their tireless work! Loved my visit when in the U.K. from America. Meeting Rosie and Dave and the rest of the residents was an experience I’ll never forget. Support your local farmed animal sanctuary!!

Friend offers sacredness for all of us. They offer a rare opportunity to reconnect with the nature and true botanical movement, which animals. it would be hard to go there without feeling how their batteries were recharged. from some of the latest dwellers such as baby turkey and goats to rosie, the matriarch of the cow that turns 21 this year, they have the opportunity to connect with the ~200 inhabitants who live there. friend also has a vegan caffe before location with a rotating menu. we had a Thai curry there last, that was excellent. (view the picture in the gallery) they regularly have open voluntary days. they are open for the public Wednesdays and Sundays in summer from 10:30 a.m. to 16:00 a.m. they hold several events throughout the year, including campouts and a music festival. they offer transport from the train station paddock wood for larger events. look at their website to confirm details under the visit section and learn more about some of the amazing animals that live there. updated from previous review to 2019-06-24

FRIEND is a sanctuary that offers a special opportunity to reconnect with nature and the animals at the heart of the vegan movement. Visiting there feels like recharging your batteries, with the chance to meet and mingle with around 200 residents, from baby turkeys and goats to Rosie, the 21-year-old matriarch cow. Their vegan café serves up a rotating menu of delicious dishes, such as the excellent Thai curry we enjoyed on our last visit. FRIEND also hosts volunteer days, public opening days in the summer, and various events throughout the year including campouts and a music festival. They even provide transportation from Paddock Wood station for larger events. Be sure to visit their website for more information on visiting and to learn more about the incredible animals at FRIEND.
