Tim Hortons - Tonawanda

That used to be my location. in the last months the quality of the service has decreased. they won't go in if they're a hurry in the morning. they wait on the way through the line. it's even faster. hustle is not in her vocabulary. this place used to have a great service. beautiful people. they have no sense of urgency during the morning.

Nice staff and helpful. her drive-thru has another enlivened window that has already been one of them, and the line lasted a little longer than it should have been.

Personal and management are great. I was here recently. this is my first choice tim hortons if I want an breakfast or lunch sandwich. food: 5/5

That is the second time that this happened to me, I ordered a simple bagel with cream cheese baked and roasted and a small French vanilla. When I opened my bagel, I don't see a cheese again. then I took a swallow of my drink and it is cooked water not French vanilla. so disappointed. I never come to this place!

That drive through is dangerous. Remove those concrete islands.Post warning signs for bigger cars or trucks. Horrible set up.Food: 5/5
