Tim Hortons - Tonawanda

It makes me so sad to check tim hortons badly. I drove 8 hours and waited 30 minutes for them to make my order wrong, to accuse me and not to give me my reception. the customer service was rude and inappropriate. do not spoil them tim hortons when they hate their job. transfer to dunkin.

The workers in this tim horton are the most rude associates I have ever had to do with. the layer manager lacks basic customer service capabilities and has no conflict resolution capabilities. this location refuses to honor the tim hortons corporate app. 10 of 10 do not recommend this location. the art, as I was also spoken, is not consistent with the values of tim hortons, and the peculiarity should be shamed that she teenagers engaged in this employment.

Through the drive thru and the line moved quickly and my order was immediately changed food: 5/5

Excellent coffee, sandwiches and tasty. very good service at this place. inside was okay. it was busy at the theke, but they need to send someone to the tables and sitting area to clean up and wipe regularly. Accessibility: an automatic door opener would be a great addition so that someone could enter in a chair on their own faust

Good, fast service. Delicious breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Literally I go to Timmy's whenever I get to town. It was 7am and they were fast and courteous. Good location!
