Good food environment not so food. Service was slow

This is the second time that I have come to this location and ordered a two piece chicken combo meal and received thighs. How do you have people working that DON’T know the parts of the chicken?!! The first time I took my whole order back and had to wait almost 20 minutes for them to make fresh chicken, not to mention that many of the employees have a language barrier didn’t understand what I wanted them to correct. Today, I just throw my hands up! I WILL NOT BE BACK!

Food is consistent in taste and quality but I believe they use miniature chickens.

Good was cold and old, nobody spoke English, dining room was freezing.

Stopped by for a quick dinner, opened the bag with our fries it looked like someone just threw all of them in there. I came in I’m guessing the General Manager Aletario (I apologize if I spelt in incorrectly) had them remade. I have worked food service all my life, especially in multiple Fast Food chains, that was just not cool. I mainly mark it up to teens. I get it’s a fast food chain, but still there are standards. Quality of service is a big factor in having returning customers.
