Bidra med feedbackI love everything on the menu!!! And the beer is stellar, especially the double IPA. Will be back!!
The food is very delicious. I liked the place, the service was a little slow, it was around 4 in the afternoon
I have been to this location multiple times since it’s opened and have always enjoyed the food and beer selection but the service has been the biggest let down overall. We recently visited the location this past weekend for dinner and we were three different groups that asked to sit at the “communal” center table but we asked to be three different groups since we were all paying for ourselves. The hostess said no problem at all and just let your waitress know. The waitress came over and we explained that we were three separate groups that require separate tickets and are not together. The waitress said sure, no problem and took our order. They were fairly busy and service wasn’t great, we sat for 10 minutes at the table before anyone came over to introduce themselves and minimal interaction throughout the time we were there. The waitress brought the bill over with a “mandatory” gratuity of 20% because we were a large party of 10 or more people. I spoke to her and explained that we’re not together, we asked to be treated as separate tickets and you said “no problem”. She went to speak to her manager and the manger so we came in together and “knew” each other so that’s a large party. I explained the conversation with the hostess and that there were multiple families (small town) that we knew that we were all eating at the same time and there were 4-5 families sitting at the “communal” table so you policy (clearly stated on the menu) seems convoluted in order to appease what ever situation suits you. She denied my request again and I told the waitress I would have given 25% if she would of handled the situation better and not forced the issue just because I understand the business. Poorly handled, manager never came over to discuss with us and hung the waitress out to dry and terrible way to treat your local customers. I will not be returning anymore after this failed attempt.
We've been here a few times. My wife didn't like the bread that the Ruben or her last burger came on. Too fat hard for her taste, as she prefers softer buns. I had the fried shrimp po boy tacos. I've also had the Ruben the Togarashi fries before. No complaints about the food from me. Of course, the brew selection is pretty good, with some seasonal offerings. Pumpkin beer isn't my thing but I'm sure some people like it. The service was ok. I didn't get the side that I ordered, but I wasn't charged for it either. Our waiter was busy, so perhaps they're short handed. Overall, I like it. There are a couple more things I want to try, like the Fuji apple butternut squash slaw the Kung Pao brussels sprouts!
