Overall it was good. Had a Belt Buster burger n fries, which both were hot, fresh n tasty. Then got a dipped ice-cream cone, which took a little to get but it too was very good.
Staff here need better training or better managers. They argue they are “out” of certain sizes, so they require mandatory upcharging. I left. Rather spend my money elsewhere than be required to spend $10 extra dollars on stuff I don’t want. So staff are trained to lose a $30 sale rather than spend $0.02 on a large cup than ordered. I can’t support these greedy practices.
The sign outside says new management. My last visit was not the best. The food was fine, but I had to ask for mayo packets that are usually available by the drink station. An employee made eye contact with me five separate times and didn 't acknowledge me. The cook did and came to assist. He was unable to locate but 1 packet so gave me some from the kitchen in a gravy container. Props to the cook. Update 1/25/24 They know there is no ice in the drink machine, and yet give everyone empty cups and wait for them to come ask for ice. It 's real easy: Here 's your cups. The Ice machine in the dining area is currently out of service. Can I get you some ice/get your drinks for you? Still no mayo packets.
