Acquolina Weston - Tollgate

On Tuesday, July 9, I had the pleasure of dining at Aquolina Italian restaurant in Weston. The hostess was really kind and Federico Assigned to my table was phenomenal. His recommendation for dinner and wine was absolutely spot on. Also other staff members were kind enough to check If I needed anything. Fillet and lobster tail was fabulous and the wine was excellent. Keith, The manager came by my table and we had a pleasant chat. The bottom line is, it was a great dining experience, and they certainly surpassed my expectations. The wine list and bar options are incredible. There is something for everyone so I do strongly recommend you try this place. Not too many places really impress me but when they do, it is a pleasure to write a great review.

Not impressed. The food was nothing special the prices seemed high and everything was a la carte. Had reservations and they sat us next to the door. The restaurant got quite loud, making it difficult to hear the person across the table. The bread on the table was hard and the only thing to put on the bread was a teaspoon of butter or olive oil. Nothing special. The thin chicken parm was good but nothing special. The tomato sauce was another letdown. Didn't seem fresh. Asked to have mine made without salt and was told it was already made and couldn't be done. (BTW it was not salty). Anthony's chicken parm is much better. For the price and quality of food I was disappointed. Dietary restrictions: Wouldn't make something salt free.

The Marsala should not be a red sauce. How they called that a Marsala sauce is better me. It had no flavor. It’s overpriced for what it is and the manager is rude and not meant for customer service

This was the best meal we have had here. We had 4 in our party and everyone liked their entree from Lasagne to Veal Chops to Salmon to Steak. Appetizers were awesome too with shrimp cocktail and crab stuffed mushrooms. The only blemish was the burnt green beans but the spicy potatoes with onions were delicious. The veal chop portion was enough for 3 people. Service from Juan was very good and timely. All in all, great meal.

This restaurant never disappoints us. The food, service, and selections of entrees is always good. Their tiramisu is the best ever! This is one of our favorite restaurants to go to.
