Wendy's - Toledo

Don’t order delivery through this location weather it’s online or doordash. After 10pm your dashers are not able to skip the line even if your order is done. Your order is sitting on a counter getting cold with no heat and these dashers will be waiting up to 25 minutes per order. I’ve been a doordasher for 4 years and this is the first Wendy’s in Ohio that does not respect the skip the line option. They love giving dashers cold food because they rather serve customers who put in a order after you did. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING ANY FORM OF DELIVERY AFTER 10PM or you WILL be upset.

Slow slow slow. 20-25 minutes wait for drive thru with only 3 cars in front of you. Big sign saying their lobby is open but doors are locked forcing you into the slow line. Half cold food. Smh This place needs new management. Only tolerated it because I needed to use up a gift card.

Waited 11 minutes in line with no cars in front of me. Was treated very rudely by all the staff because I dared to ask how long it would be for them to take my order. She said a minute then 6 went by so I asked again and another 5 went by before she took my order. There were no cars in front of me but a ton behind me. My food came quick but was very cold and old. I shouldn't even give them a one star rating. I asked for a complaint number and the girl working register said there wasn't one. I'll never give this place my business again!

Been there several times. Food is hit or miss, when it it's a hit, it HITS, food be fresh and when it's a miss it's cold and not good. I have mostly gotten hits, but some of their attitudes are nasty. The teens that work there don't know how to be friendly and that makes nervous to order.

Waited at the drive through order area for like 5 minutes no one said anything I finally said hello are you open? Someone rudely said you can go ahead…the person should of of nicely asked how can I help you when I got there not make me wait 5 minutes and wait on me to say something…got a medium fry and there was the same amount that I get in a small. Won’t be back
