Bidra med feedbackThe most rude employee who works the counter. no good morning, no thanks, no quitting. I only used one tim’s card. Yeah, she left after that, what if I hadn't had enough on my tim's card?
Their computer was uploading, didn't know how long it would be. I waited 15 min, she had the woman behind me tho go up to the drive up window an gave her something in a bag. I finally left then.
I ordered online about 8:20pm. When I went through the drive through, she said the don't make food after 8. She told me that she can't refund my money. I messaged the help online. The said refunds are issued at the restaurant's discretion
This place is incompetent.My mother and I have tried to order food here 3 times, I also failed to get food on other occasions. They served me excuses but no food. 1:30 PM 03/24/22 They told my mother and 3 other vehicles that they were in the midst of a shift change and didn't serve anyone. They told her to get off the timer so they wouldn't look bad, Mother complied and waited in the front if the store but still she did not get served after waiting... On another occasion I placed an order around 7 PM they took half of my order but then proceeded to tell us that they're no longer taking orders.... Incompetency is only matched by their ineptitude, displayed by the employees currently chatting in the store... my mother went across the street to another sandwich shop and was served immediately!(Copy edit)
Seemed like a nice and clean place. I wish there was one closer to me but any chance I can, I get Tim Hortons I do.I love the coffee and baked goods! Thanks for making something sweet out of a sad day.
