Subway - Toledo

The staff had a negative reputation and negatively impacted the restaurant. However, under new management, I believe it will improve in the near future.

The staff at this restaurant is exceptionally friendly and provides excellent service.

The food at this restaurant is great, BUT I ordered a steak and cheese melt as an appetizer and unfortunately, this special location does not have the grill machine to properly toast the bread. After waiting half an hour, I finally received the melt which ended up being overloaded with cheese. It took some convincing and showing evidence of the mistake before the worker corrected it. This issue could easily be avoided by updating the system to reflect that melts are not available, or by properly training staff to inform customers that grilling the melt is not an option.

They're sandwiches are made fresh right in front of you and you can get them tailored to exactly what you want. I usually get the soft pretzel but unfortunately they raised the price a whole dollar, which doesn't seem like much but I'm on a fixed income and that's a little too much for me.

It's okay nothing special, the people that prepare the food are usually friendly but I've only eaten there maybe once or twice so don't really know much about this spot!?
