I'm excited when I hear bad reviews because you called on a weekend to close them at 8:00. Their food is authentic and they are proud of what they serve. They are an amazing family with integrity to their culture. If you want fast food torn out in the crowd, then stay at McDonald's and you don't deserve to eat in Pho Viet Nam. It is a culture that they share with you from their hearts, and you can taste it in food that is worthy of five stars that they can run out before 8:00....and they are honest instead of eating.... that deserves RESPECT
