Papa John's Pizza - Toledo

Had not even begun to make my order when I arrived to pick up. after another 10 minutes, they had not even begun. cancelled order and left.

We placed an order at 6pm with an estimated wait time of 90-103 minutes. By 7:30pm, we decided to call for an update and were informed that only one staff member was present, a delivery driver who was missing, and there was no way to determine when our order would be ready. When we inquired about picking up the order ourselves, we were told it hadn't even been started. Despite offering to pick up the order, we were informed that we would still have to wait a considerable amount of time. We ultimately canceled our order after waiting an hour and a half and received only a cursory apology. The way we were treated was completely unacceptable, especially considering the person managing the establishment was actually from another location. It appears they handle these types of situations poorly.

Just ok, shouldn't have option for contact less if the pizza guy will knock and make you sign anyways.

I order pizza from here sometimes when I'm at the Boy Scout Camp next door. Food is always ready when they say it is. Hot and fresh for pick up.

The order that I paid a delivery fee for and tipped was wrong. After calling the store, Sara the manager answered the phone. I asked if it were possible to send another delivery car out since the order was wrong, she proceeded to HANG UP on me. She also refused to acknowledge me when I entered the store to pick up my order. Extremely rude and unprofessional service I have never experienced. I have never wrote a review before but after working on both food services and retail for over five years, I have never seen such terrible service from a manager. disappointed.
