Mcdonald's - Toledo

The service was fantastic and the food was even better. The restaurant is conveniently located in Toledo.

I visited McDonald's today and was very impressed and satisfied. The staff member actually asked me, "How are you doing today?" and smiled as he handed me my food. I felt appreciated as a customer. The manager of this location should provide customer service training to the other McDonald's in Toledo.

I had a busy day and needed to grab breakfast, so I stopped by the McDonald's near me. I quickly went through the drive-thru and received my order promptly, which was great. However, there were two things that I wasn't too fond of. While my hash brown was hot, it wasn't as crunchy as I would have liked. The biggest surprise for me was the price. I understand that prices have gone up, but I wasn't expecting to pay the equivalent of 2 1/2 meals for just one.

Don’t stop here, drive on down the road. Health hazard! Dept. of Health may close it down for numerous major violations. Very nasty kitchen and dining area. Run! Ohio health department is not lovin' the mouse droppings, filthy walls, and overflowing trash beneath the golden arches at a shockingly filthy McDonald's restaurant.

Everything I ordered they were out of. This McDonald's is notorious for having not enough product. McDonald's really need to step up in this community. I live less than two blocks from McDonald's and they screw the order up quite a bit. And the manager really had a bad attitude when I complain about something that's in his control.
