Mcdonald's - Toledo

Employees were rude when we had problems with the mobile app. it wasn't a big thing that it didn't work right at our end, but they weren't nice about it. we didn't want to keep their line, so we just didn't use it. I know that employees don't know much about the app except how to put on record, but some patient and understanding would go a long way.

Made a purchase through the app. Paid through the app. Got to store to pick up in drive-thru. Was yelled at by manager at pickup window and accused of trying to steal my $4 order because my payment in app didn 't go thru. It would 've been so much more congenial to say something along the lines of, There was an issue with the app payment, and we will need to re-run your card, than responding to my confused, But I paid through the app‽ with, Uh, no. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR ORDER. IF I COULD TURN MY SCREEN AROUND AND SHOW YOU YOU HAVEN 'T PAID, I WOULD!!!! I now understand the constant shortage of staff.

Literally the worst McDonalds. I've gone there for years and they always mess something up. After the last visit I will not return; the menu was apparently not update and I got charged more for my items. The manager didn't care and implied we somehow should've known they had changed. No sorry, no offer for refund, just straight up mean and rude.Other visits they've forgotten items, the coke is off, or like all mcdonalds the icecream is down.I just go to the other fast food nearby now.

Whoever handles drive Thur rarely does in order of which car is up next. I've sat in 2nd line to watch 3 to 4 cars go ahead already and they blame their faulty headsets. Months ago late nite I had to call inside while in drive Thur to ask if they were open because they weren't answering speaker. The young Hispanic guy and the quiet skinny African American girl are they best there.
