M Osteria Lounge - Toledo

For dinner. The food was fantastic. The staff was pleasant. The prices were reasonable. I'm back. More great things to try on the menu.

Let this be a warning for those who think about eating at the M Osteria Bar Lounge. My experience in M Osteria Toledo was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Period. I never go back. My family and I were treated by an employee named Susie from the moment we arrived. The website says? Walk-Ins are welcome at any time. So we went in when the restaurant opened. Even if there was no one other than saying that we had no reservations, Susie annoyed. She spoke to us in a disgusting and rude tone and made it clear that she was annoyed with us to even be present in the restaurant. She marched us to a table, tried to overthrow us through our meal and although we were all adults in our 20s-40s, she called us kids in a degrading way. To think that I brought my friends and family to this restaurant who drove hours to visit me from the city, including my physically disabled aunt who is a cancer patient who runs through chemotherapy, I was absolutely stunned as Susie treated us. It was, frankly, a bizarre experience and without question the least hospitable experience I ever had in a restaurant. Unfortunately, the food quality could not indicate the attitude of Susie and the total lack of hospitality. My friend appetizer was ice cold and my meal, the Cavatelli, was terrible: Bland, small part, obviously microwave, overpriced and cold. As someone who previously worked as a server, I have the highest respect for all hardworking people in the service industry. I never left a restaurant in my whole life without leaving a tip. But this experience was different; I didn't tip Susie. I just couldn't make myself do it because she treated me, my friends and my family. I even wrote on my reception, I hope you're not so rude to the next table. Avoid M Osteria Toledo at all costs. They were warned.

Went with a girlfriend for a quick bite and stayed for a couple hours. Great atmosphere and great food! Her chicken was amazing and juicy. My pizza was thin and crispy with just the right amount of mozzarella. The bartender was super pleasant and friendly.

Little portions for the price, but the food was good. Was not busy, but the nightlife can also be fun in the area.

Great Italian place. Always get the espresso martini. My friend and I share the chicken parmesan and it were perfect portions.
