Chipotle Mexican Grill - Toledo

I have a steak bowl and the steak was burned and made very good. the white rice was crispy and the black beans were very over boiled so much that they were only peeled. it seems as prices rose the quality of food went down. food: 2/5

I ordered a Steak Bowl. For the first time the steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned. All the veggies were fresh and tasteful. I enjoyed the Bowl delicious I recommend to anyone that enjoys a healthy meal.

Usually come here in between classes to get food, there’s always a line but the staff does a wonderful job making sure it goes fast! Wanted to give a extra shoutout to the crew working on 11/3 around 2 PM, although there was some issues in the kitchen, the staff working today still kept good attitudes and tried to get people in and out to the best of their abilities!! The sweet cashier even gave me a discount which was absolutely above and beyond as she didn’t need to since it wasn’t the teams fault! Good food and even better employees

Stale chips, cold meat, small portions, and poor customer service is what you get at this chipotle. Go somewhere else!

My first two experiences with this location were via DoorDash, and it was not good. Items were missing from my first order and the second order was delivered.... Somewhere else. This time I decided to do pick-up. Everything from my order is included, but the rice isn't fully cooked, the chicken is overcooked, and the portion is much smaller than what I've gotten from other Chipotle locations in the past. I used to use a different store because it was closer to my job, but after changing jobs and trying this other location a few times, I will just not be getting Chipotle for my work lunches anymore. Waste of money.
