Bidra med feedbackThe atmosphere was great and relaxing, as was the music. Despite not being able to converse due to COVID restrictions, it enhanced the peaceful experience of enjoying your meal. The owner is multilingual, speaking Japanese, English, and Hindi, although the restaurant is not Indian but rather inspired by Indian flavors. The cuisine is a fusion of Japanese, European, and Indian influences, offering simple and healthy food. I would definitely return again, 10/10 recommend.
My girlfriend and I are vegetarian and were intrigued by the food reviews of this restaurant. However, when we tried to enter, we were told to step away because they only accept single diners. We questioned why, especially since two Japanese people had just entered chatting with each other. The lady replied, "if you don't talk, it's ok." Regardless of the reasons for operating a silent restaurant, we were not pleased with the discriminatory treatment and left feeling disappointed. The sign at the entrance also stated in English "single diner only" and in Japanese "not accepting more than 2 people."
The food is delicious and the service is excellent. A must-try for vegans and vegetarians, especially due to its close proximity to Nakano Station.
The store is small (maybe 6 seats), and currently during Corona only single customers are allowed. I came in right when it opened (12:10) on a random weekday, and it filled up quite quickly. The store seems to be entirely ran by 1 person, so the food takes about 20 minutes to prepare. With all that being said, if you come early and are not in a rush, this place is incredible. There were so many kinds of food on the plate and it was all delicious and felt very healthy. I left feeling extremely refreshed. Highly recommend.
Amazing home style japanese food. Very relaxing atmosphere, very high quality food and great selection of books. Perfect for those who enjoy healthy lifestyle be warned they take covid very seriously, only single diners accepted
