Pata's Restaurant and Bar - Tlaquepaque

This was seriously the best margarita I've ever had. Food id great too. And the ladies that run the place our very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely go back!!

An unexpected and rare treasure to find this American style hamburger joint just off the beach. The margarita was top notch and the hamburger and fries were absolutely delicious. A family run business, the couple from Denver originally, it's a charming place with the menu detailing their rescues of both cats and dogs who sometimes roam the place. The owners are welcoming and very friendly, learning who you are and where you're from. One is an artist so make sure you ask to see her gallery as well!

Lo mejor de este restaurante es su ubicación, a solo dos cuadras de la plaza y con una excelente vista a la playa. El servicio es amable y familiar. Las cervezas bohemias tienen un costo de 25 pesos. La posada es un lugar tranquilo, limpio, familiar y agradable.

We've been coming to Patas for years. I'm not exaggerating when I say they serve the BEST MARGARITA IN MELAQUE! Norma and Deb are wonderful. Favorite dishes are the Denver burrito and the fish & chips. Our plane lands around 3:30pm so after getting through customs, checking into our hotel, we usually get to Patas just before sunset. Hugs and that 1st MARGARITA mark the start of vacation for me.

Happened to stop in, Deb was super welcoming. Wait service was great. We sat outside at a table on the dead end street looking out to the beach, sounds of the waves crashing. First dinner on the coast as we were just arriving. I had a lovely huge salad. It was a very interesting combination of apple,banana, roasted pecans, chicken, avocado and lettuce mix. It was such a nice fresh change after a week of travelling in the mountains of Jalisco!
