Pizza Hut - Titusville

My pizza was terrible and cold. it was almost 30 minutes too late. after the app it should be delivered at 9:12 clock and I have called into their local pizza hat at 9:38 clock because it has not yet been delivered, I was put in the handle and no one ever came back to the phone! I waited for 21 minutes! what service is that? my food was finally delivered and it was all cold. the personal pizza we ordered was disgusting, hardly a cheese on it, I have pictures and the pizza saved if the pasta was tasteless and a complete drop in money. the other pizzas and broth sticks were cold, but could be reheated and could at least be eaten. the rest of the food was rough. a complete disappointment. we order pizza hat damn near every week and this is the first time we were so disappointed and mistreated, but they have lost loyal customers. they need to go back to learn how to treat customers because this is not the way pizza hat.

One of the best pizza huts I have ever visited, very friendly people, ingenious service lynn and mckenzie were so wonderful!

Was glad they had a pizza hat, I just pulled here and that's so great on the way to home and the pizza was delicious?

This is one of the worst Pizza Hut unless you enjoy really limp and soggy pizza. This location is notorious for under baking even when you add a special note to “bake it well done”. If you pay for extra cheese, it’s 50/50 that you’ll even get a normal amount of cheese let alone extra cheese. I gave them an extra star because delivery is always quick, but I think it’s because they under bake everything. “In and out of the oven in less than five minutes”. Lol

Kids were hungry so i ordered a pizza for delivery an hour ago and was told it would be 45-50 minute waits paid by card. I went in the Pizza hut profile for this exact location so there is absolutely no way i could get it wrong. Over an hour passed by and no pizza arrive so i called to see what the hold uo was, when i called back, gave them my number and so on they said i’m not in the system. Took a whole chunk out of my time and now the kids have ti wait another hour for something that takes 15-20 minutes to prepare. Never again! If i didn’t promise pizza hut i would’ve asked for a refund. NEVER AGAIN
