Bidra med feedbackThe star tours served lunch. Eating was normally not a wow factor. But above all, the manager or the owner does not care about their customers and v behaves badly with their customers. Hopefully they learn the sense of hospitality.
The terrible service that people were really rood gave us the wrong dish and refused to replace it and hastened to eat quickly because they wanted to close early, then they were believed the food was decent, but the experience was really bad
No one knew English. The manager called when we tried to understand the menu. He wanted to close on the website 2.5 hours before the specified closing time (and asked us to eat “take away” . He had given us a wrong dish, but refused to replace it. He raised the bill compared to the menu prices. When there was a problem with the credit card, he dared to point out that we try to escape without making jokes about it in Indian language with his cook. He was just rude in every aspect. If you really want bad service, this is the place for you.
Read other reviews and I do not know what they were talking about. This place had great food. Clean. Nice staff. Great job and we will come back.
My family and I visited this place today and we were totally disappointed with the lunch buffet. It was only vegetarian and this was not mentioned at the signboard in front of this restaurant and therefore 11,90 euros per person is a bit pricy for a vegetarian buffet. However, at least 3 vegetarian dishes from the buffet were good. Secondly, my kid wanted mango lassi but they didn’t have this despite stating it in the menu. This is a catastrophe for an Indian restaurant without mango lassi. Thirdly, the waiter was not friendly due to language barrier, neither German nor English language, he could not communicate properly.
