More of a deli style food than a smoked foods brisket is steamed or oven roasted but lean, not what I was expecting!

The restaurant offers generous portions for a great value. It was enjoyable to chat with the owners. It was a special experience for me as my family once owned the land during the 1905 Indian settlements, making the visit particularly meaningful.
