La Carreta - Tipton

I stopped by this restaurant craving some tacos, and I'm so glad I did. They welcomed us with a basket of delicious chips and salsa. I ordered the carne asada tacos, which were served with rice and beans. Everything was cooked perfectly, including the sides. The service was excellent, and the food was fantastic. I can't wait to return for more delicious dishes!

If this is the restaurant called Pueblo, located just west of Subway in Tipton, Missouri, my experience there was extremely disappointing. I ordered tacos à la carte, and they were tiny and thin with hardly any filling, and they were served cold. Even Taco Bell’s tacos are much larger in comparison! I also got a side of beans that were cold and tasteless, with the only noticeable flavor being that of the metal can they came from. Additionally, I tried the chicken enchiladas, but the filling was just dry, crunchy chicken that lacked seasoning and was served cold as well. The meal was not worth the nearly $20 I spent. I left feeling frustrated and still hungry. I definitely overpaid for what I received, and I can't believe the food was that bad. I wouldn't consider dining there again, and I would be surprised if they remain in business for another three months.
