I had a frustrating experience at this fast food restaurant. As I was about to place my order, an AI voice prompted me to donate a dollar. Really? I'm broke like everyone else who hasn’t seen a raise, and here I am being asked to contribute to a multi-billion dollar corporation. After declining, I ended up waiting at the order screen for five minutes with no response. I decided to leave and head over to Wendy's next door, where my experience was flawless. It was only 11:30 a.m., not during a lunch rush, so the situation was completely unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this Arby’s. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
