Bidra med feedbackI called on Valentines day to ask if a reservation was needed and was told no and to come right in. The person answering the phone was slightly rude but ended cheerful so I thought I caught her at a busy moment. I found out my first assumption was right. When we got there we parked right up front, since I had never been there I asked the hostess if it was ok to park up front and she answered.. Aaaahhh Yeah, because the city F'ing F'd up their F'ing parking lot. I should have left then, but the reviews were good and pictures of food looked good. The hostess said sit wherever you want so we sat in the bar area. She came to get our drink orders and I said I'll have a glass of water and if I could get a cup of soup right away (I was feeling a little car sick). She then put her hand in my face and repeated WATER, and then looked to my date for his order. She brought our drinks back to table immediately with bruchetta. She walked away to answer the phone to which she spoke to them extremely rude as well. We went up to the bar to ask what our coke cost because we were done, she said don't worry about it and sarcastically said Happy Valentines day as we walked out. My boyfriend said that she had to be a family member or owner to get away with such terrible behavior. Another couple of people were going to go in as we were coming out and I said no food is good enough to tolerate that kind of unprofessionalism , they said oh yea the short rude waitress last time we were here we thought she was drunk. They turned around and left with us. So I guess I'll never know if food was good or not
I celebrated my PhD last night in this great place. Well we passed a terrific evening and the restaurant was unquestionably the reason for the happy meeting. The stuff participated in a splendid way, the meals were very good and my buddies were extremely glad. We shall absolutely come back again for more celebrations. thanks very much.
This spot is worth trying. They serve big portions for reasonable prices. Constantly well kept and with good character. Will come visit again.
Certainly a spot worth stopping over, the food is excellent and fresh, the rates are affordable and it is always clean there. Highly recommended.
Having lived in Tinley and eating here previously, we expected the quality of food from previous dinners. We ordered 4 selections at lunch. After an extended wait, The cold Soup arrived with the meals and one dish was not brought at all. The alfredo pasta sauce was clearly not homemade. The menu stated” add chicken “ and when it was ordered. The waitress came back and said the chicken was prebreaded and they cannot take it off ?!? Speaking with the “manager”, while paying our $50 lunch bill for 2 adults and 2 babies under 2, he did not apologize, did not ask one question just stood there looking at us. Although we paid the bill, we left 90% of the food on the table. Do not recommend
