Great customer service! food was ready on time , everyone there was very polite and friendly! I?ll definitely be coming back to this Dunkin
I visited the Tinley Park location this morning and tried to enter through the door to place an order, but it was locked. So, I got back in my car and joined the drive-thru line, which had five cars waiting. When I finally reached the front, I was told that the drive-thru wasn't functioning. Unsure of what that meant, I pointed out that the lobby door was locked. The staff member replied that it wasn't anymore and they had just opened it. I then went inside, where I found myself third in line. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. What should have been a quick five-minute trip ended up taking 20 minutes. I would not recommend this location!
I have encountered issues with my order getting mixed up about 8 out of 10 times recently, whether it's through the drive-thru or delivery. This Dunkin' is less than 5 minutes from my house, but I've decided not to return again!!!
Terrible customer service. I visited the drive-thru and placed my order. The employee asked me to repeat it, which I didn't mind, so I clarified by saying "iced caramel cold brew." The employee responded rudely, "Yeah, of course it’s iced; it’s a cold brew." I was planning to add more items to my order, but when she asked, "Is that it?" I decided I didn’t want to deal with her anymore, so I just wrapped it up. To top it off, my order ended up being incorrect. There aren't many other coffee options nearby if you're in a hurry, so good luck!
