Dairy Queen (treat) - Tinley Park

I ordered a cake today for my sonny birthday party and went to 11:30 to pick up, and nobody was there that no one answered the phone. Luckily the orlandpark had a smaller cake for me that they could write happy birthday for me. that's terrible, and I'll never go to the tinley park location. if they know they pick up a cake, then they show up working or calling and let them know some.

Sign on store and Google say this store opens at eleven...store not open well after 11. Lights out and no one answers phone.

The only reason I am giving them four stars is because they don’t sell my fave chicken basket.

It appeared there were only two works who did their best.

Don't order a cake from here. The management and owners let teenagers be in charge of your cakes for special occasions. When the cake gets messed up, management doesn't have the decency to call you back to correct mistakes. This location seems to be especially apathetic. There are too many other places to go for your ice cream needs. Stay clear of this particular location.
