Papa Johns Pizza - Timber

26th Jan Friday around 7:22pm I accepted a door dash order at peak time and arrived at the location. Receptionist asked me to wait for 7 minutes. I waited 15 minutes and asked again, another dude checked and said another 5 minutes. After total 20 minutes I asked same receptionist (curly hair). What she said pissed me off. She said, for unknown reason they refunded to customer and they did not put the pizza into oven. I did not get any notification about that, if it was canceled I would get notification about order cancelation. She lied. She asked me to wait another 7 minutes if I want that order. I unassigned the order and left the store speechless.

Ordered on Uber eats. Ordered a 40$ NY style pizza, instead got thin crust, pizza was ice cold, missing toppings, asked for half toppings on one side and the toppings were all over, pizza was cut into big and small pieces, not centered with toppings all over the place. Spoke to the Manager Maura, and she could care less. Horrible customer service. Will never return.

AVOID THIS LOCATION. I called in an order for take out. When I arrived at the store there my order was not in the system. What a waste. I ordered Dominos and they were able to do it right. Avoid this location at all costs.

Negesti was the most helpful person I’ve ever had help me. I was having trouble with my order and she did everything in her power to help resolve it! Give this girl a raise!

I get good pizza and service out of this location. I prefer to pick up, but it's quick and easy when I want to get pizza for the crew.
