Taco Bell - Tillsonburg

New owners, food is good and the last few times we have gone they have been very friendly. But do miss some of the regular staff that was there.

I placed an order online at 1125 for 12/noon pick up, not only had they not even started the order THEY WERENT EVEN AWARE of my order cause they hadn’t checked the system... I didn’t end up leaving until 1215, I miswell have just went in and ordered. I also have spent a good 25 minutes in the drive thru. They need adequate staffing and a manager who doesn’t stand around in his phone. This is ridiculous and unacceptable

Placed an order for delivery, and ten minutes before food was suppose to be delivered I got a text saying my order was canceled.. they still took money out of my account and won't answer the phone.

This has gotta be the worst Taco Bell around, first time we went ended up getting the order wrong and missing items. 2nd time we go there out of beef? How do you run out of beef when 99% of your menu is beef items? The most poorly run establishment. Figure it out.

Absolutely one of the WORST experiences I have had in a fast food setting.The restaurant itself was disgusting! The floors and tables were sticky as if they hadn't been cleaned in quite some time.To top it off the service was slow and the staffs time management was lacking.We were the first in line and one of the lasts to recieve our order. You would think waiting 20 or so minutes your food would be hot and fresh, however this was not the case. The mashed potatoes were cold and not even made properly as there was still powder in the bottom of the cup. The chicken tenders were cold and hard and looked as if they had been sitting out at room temperature all day. I hate wasting food, yet ended up throwing most of it out because I was afraid of getting sick. I feel the board of health should investigate this place. If your craving KFC or Taco Bell in the Tillsonburg area, I recommend driving to any other location around. Even with the drive your service will likely be faster.
