Maria's Taqueria - Tillamook

The staff was extremely friendly and the restaurant was very clean. I ordered a marinated pork burrito and it was delicious. There were some crispy bits of pig in it, which is a sign of authentic Mexican cuisine. The flavors were true to tradition, without any American twists like Cheddar cheese or sour cream. The medium and hot sauces were both tasty, with just the right amount of heat. I didn't try the mild sauce, but it looked good. I would definitely consider stopping by again when passing through the city during lunch or dinner hours.

This down-to-earth and authentic taqueria offers a variety of tacos, quesadillas, breakfast burritos, and tamales. It has a cozy, family-run feel, and the women working the grill are skilled at their craft. The portions are generous, and the hot sauce has a kick. We didn't see horchata on the menu, but when we asked, they were able to provide it. They have a drive-through option, but it didn't appear to be open when we visited.
