Bidra med feedbackThis is a very upscale restaurant. Fine food for Tilcara. All I've eaten here was very well prepared and absolutely delicious. And as a vegetarian, I was really happy with the dishes and options. They served a delicious bread and spread out. Spread from celery, parsley and Mayo. It's so yum, growing on you. The spinach soup was bright and brothy. Helps clear throat pain. Hit the spot for me. Amazing little potatoes. Pasta was made fresh in the house. Very well done. But the dried tomato taste was too strong for me. I couldn't enjoy my meal so much. Would recommend this restaurant to everyone. Only cave, check and visit opening hours. Summer time can be tricky as restaurant owners also make holiday.
We had dinner at this restaurant. It is the same friendly staff as in the Posada of the same name. If you like corn, try definitely the humitas that are a kind of steamed maize cake. We also tried the rapamasteak with mushroom sauce and risotto; the sauce and risotto are super delicious! It is definitely a great place to taste dishes typical of the northern Argentine region!
We visited this restaurant for lunch based on a recommendation. Empanadas as an appetizer, then llama steak in a delicious mushroom sauce with Quinoa risotto. We had the best food in five weeks in Argentina and Chile, and we had some fine meals at this time. Great restaurant very recommended.
Just come from a fabulous lunch in this small restaurant right at the main square in Tilcara. We were recommended by the owner of one of the shops and we were not disappointed. I had a really delicious Calabaza soup while my husband grilled goat cheese with 'Andean' potatoes. Delicious. Very recommended.
On our way to the mountains we had the most wonderful dinner close to the center of Tilcara. We knew there was this great restaurant called Yacon as we learned from the internet. The place is very nice indeed, made of local, traditional materials and the service was excellent. We had amazing llama stake and mushroom sauce with quinoa risotto with delicious home wine. Don’t miss the original, fantastic desserts! Me and my husband also loved the posada they have at the back.
