Second visit to the BK, quite disappointed. Coca without bubble, warm hamburger and unfriendly waitress. But good hamburgers are good

I had 2 very bad experiences with long expectations and expected several months before returning. But I admit it has improved significantly. Congratulations on your efforts! On the other hand, it is not useful to offer a free dessert in exchange for good advice. The reviews don’t buy, they will naturally come if you deserve it So the 4 stars I planned turned into 3 stars.

We came 6 months ago to the drive and already it had taken 25 minutes while there was no one...we retest and rebellious...or the employees are null...or they don't want to work... .A FUIR or if you have time to waste....

Not on the spot but to take away. Children's menu: missed the surprise (second time this happens). No sauce ordered and charged. The worst, my daughter's burger was made up of only 2 slices of bread and a steak!!!! No sauce, no cheese, nothing at all that composes a hamburger!!!!! And the total, I sent a claim email to Burger king, and to date, no answer
