Taqueria Seven Estrellas - Tigard

Ok I’m giving this one a 5/5 because this is the closest thing I’ve had to my hometown Sonoran Mexican food. Meaning everything is greasier and cheesier, just like I like it! This is my new go to Mexican food spot.

I ordered some fantastic tacos. They were not shy with the meat on the tacos like a lot of places are. The birria tacos were excellent and their salsas were fantastic as well. I would highly reccomend this place and I plan to come back to try other items on their very large and varied menu.

My goto place for the best Posole in town! I'm so happy they made it through the Covid stuff! Best true Mexican food in Tigard!

I discovered soon after moving to this area that there were no Hispanic restaurants worth anything. I drove by, by chance, and assumed it’d be terrible. I walked in and there were only Hispanic people inside. I checked their taco options, and there were more than steak and chicken. I immediately became overly happy. I actually started out with burritos and sopes before having a taco, but when I finally had one it was great to be able to have several, all different from each other. The only way to give this place a lesser than five stars rating is if you require high class features, i.e. you want some fancy gourmet establishment. I will admit there are other good places in the area now, but this was once the only place that wasn’t full of dressed up servers yelling “Ola!” to a 100% Caucasian audience.

Such a great place with friendly workers and good food.
