Monkey's Subs - Tigard

I order a sandwich for my lunch at 2:45pm and they texted saying they were closing g at 2pm and my sandwich would be sitting at Baja Fresh. ? when I went to get it, it was soggy.

Please update your hours online my son and I showed up around 6 the hours say you close at 8 and one more thing the people writing nasty reviews about being short staffed well stop every one is short staffed we can't seem to find people to work! Be kind they are doing there best they can.

Horrible sandwich and missing basic items like tomato, onion and pepper as requested. I ordered ahead of time and still got there before they started making the sandwich. I waited for them to make it all wrong. I won't be back. Avoid this incompetent place. Maybe teach the employee how to make a sandwich with all ingredients requested. It does affect the taste greatly.

First time here while visiting from Illinois, had a BLT 9 sub. It was okay, but a little dry. Staff was nice, place looked clean, but some obvious problems were around. Selfservice soda machine was not working, so couldn't get drinks, plus not a very big selection of chips to go with sandwiches. They sell a pretty cool T-shirt, BUT...were out of them and don't know when they will come in. When we arrived we were the only ones there? Seems weird for a Friday when everyone normally wants to pick up food instead of cook. I'd like to come back one more time before I head home and try something else and see if I can have this rating go higher.

One of the Worst Subs I have ever tasted! Very skimpy on the ingredients, poor taste and they were out of Potato salad so instead of informing me of that and giving me a refund they gave me a bag of Sun Chips! At least inform your Customer when you?re out of something and do not give them something that they did not ask for in place of it! Perhaps you?re called Monkey Subs because you have a bunch of Monkeys working for you! I completely regret my decision to have tried this place! I?ll stick to Subway from now on!
