El Guajillo Mexican - Tigard

Amazing food! This place has the best Chili Colorado I have had in 20 years. I have been searching for good, rich, dark red Chili Colorado and finally found it! Their chips and salsa were excellent and the Margarita was really good, too. I went on a weeknight and it was not crowded at all. Hope they get bust and stay around a while. Returned on October 12, 2020 and it's still as good as ever!!! Added more photos. Came in Feb 2021 and they have been doing well during Covid and their food is as good as ever.

Really good food very family friendly ! Will go back. Service was great and so was the food. Our youngest is very picky and they did great with out bumping the price.

We visited this place many, many years ago when it was an Italian restaurant! We're not sure why we waited so long to try it again as El Guajillo?! It was absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious, the portions were huge, the chips and salsa were great, and our server (Magdalena) was very attentive. We will absolutely return again, and we can't wait!

Although I am not a big fan of Mexican food, my husband is. Despite that, I really enjoy this restaurant. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and the chips never stop coming. The dishes are always hot, fresh, and very tasty. Plus, the margaritas are top-notch! The next time my husband wants Mexican food, we will definitely be returning to this place.

The food was excellent and the salsa was fresh. The staff was very friendly and the prices were reasonable. Our grandchildren, aged 7 and 9, rated it 10 out of 10 stars. We will definitely be returning.
