Absolutely worst place and worst service I have ever received by the bar tender (3008 Darrin). He mustn't know he is in the hospitality business and he must think he is better than anyone he serves as he looks down his nose at you and proceeds to tell you (or me) that the menu item I attempted to order hasn't been on the menu in at least 5 years and 3 changed menu's since that time. When I was just explaining that I found it online through the advertisement in the hotel room (which the restaurant is connected to), he tells me, with so much attitude I can still feel it, that I must be on the wrong website. Meanwhile, I'm just trying to get an order in for my pregnant wife, and I step away to call her and ask her what else she might want. I come back 2 mins later to put the new order in and with a slow moving bar with, 3 people at, he looks at me and then moves slowly to everyone else at the bar, and then serves someone who clearly comes after me... then finally slinks over to me and says, how can I help you again. Maybe, he had an off day, but I would have done anything not to have had to pay that establishment any money let alone him. Come if you want to be treating like garbage, when you were otherwise having a pretty good day.
Good, located in the hotel. Steak was really good, as was the mushroom soup. Layout was mixed a portion very open near the atrium, and the second more closed and bar like.
What an incredible experience. We had to relocate a party from outside to inside with just a few days notice. Reserving a room wasn’t entirely streamlined, but once I got to the right person the service was great from there on out. Food was excellent, drinks weren’t too stiff, pleasant ambience, and plenty of space for a party of about 15-20 people to feel comfortable. Rodrigo was a great server and stayed on top of things all night. Only minor issue was lack of communication up front about how to split the bill, but that’s not uncommon nor a deal breaker. We will likely be returning for future events.
