The staff was fantastic, and they never got my order wrong. Service was quick, although I do remember that the drive-thru was a bit of a wait. Sometimes, the dining room is closed due to a staff shortage.
When it was my turn to order, an employee approached and informed me, “We are closed!” I was taken aback, especially considering the cars in front of me had their orders taken and received their food; the time was 10:54 PM. I checked their website, which stated that they closed at midnight, and there was also a sign on the door indicating the same closing time. I pulled up to the speaker again, and the employee reiterated, "We’re closed." I inquired about their hours, and she responded, "Ma'am, we are out of food." I explained that I had been in line and didn’t understand how some orders were filled while others were not. She then asked what I wanted, and I ordered a 10-piece nugget meal with a sweet tea, plus an extra sweet tea. She informed me they were out of nuggets. I then asked about the two plain cheeseburger meals, only to find out they were out of those as well. However, when I asked if they had fries, she said yes. So, I ordered a large fry and two large sweet teas, and I paid $4.96. When I went to pick up my food, I noticed that the entire drive-thru experience was otherwise flawless! I grabbed my order, but when I checked the bag, it only contained one order of fries. To my surprise, I found nuggets in the bag, despite being told they were out of them. This kind of behavior is very disappointing, and I question why customers have to endure such confusion. I invested my time, gas, and money to support this establishment, only to be met with inconsistency. I attempted to file a complaint on the McDonald’s website five times, but each time my information was deleted when I was prompted to select the location. It felt like my concerns didn’t matter at all to them.
