Firehouse Subs Tifton

Let me say first, Firehouse is one of my favorite sub-shops and the only reason I left the review because I want to go on here, but something has to change. I went up and waited for about 5 minutes to the speaker and nobody helped me, so I just walked in. When I came in, there were two people in front of me who had done the same. No one had their head. The person in the cash register was Leslie. She was very nice, but unprofessional. Before she started ordering for the first person in the line, she counted the money in her drawers. In the middle of taking this lady's order, she answer to the phone and then after that phone call, took her PERSONAL phone and made a call. In my opinion, your phone should not even be visible, let alone used while helping a customer. The COKE machine was made of several popular flavors like COKE. Again, the staff was very nice and seemed like great people. I'm not mad at her, I think they seem inexperienced. You've made a damn sandwich, but you need to note that the fire department store is a premium base that comes to a steep price and I would expect better.

Terrible management and bad hospitality! This is the worst place to always work or to eat literally!

Ordered a medium sandwich and it took over 15 minutes after the order to get it. Clean business and employees were friendly enough.

Manager's attitude sucked, she fought with doorstep and was really unpleasant and unprofessional. It's just had a whole experience.
